Our new, specially-designed facility, which is one of the largest of its kind in the U.S.A., is equipped to abrasive-blast and apply coatings to structural steel plates, piping, vessels and piling, as well as all manner of fabricated shapes.

All work is completed in compliance with the most stringent California environmental regulations existent anywhere in the country. Abrasive blasting and coating is performed in weather-proof, completely enclosed buildings with humidity and temperature controls permitting operations to continue despite the season or daily weather variability.
Projects coated in this manner can proceed rapidly without interfering with the work of steel erectors or other building trades. This guarantees predictability in critical path scheduling procedures resulting in on-time completion accomplishments.

UTILITIES AND PETRO CHEMICAL
Refinery, oil field projects and gas lines are particularly suited for blasting and coating prior to field erection. Piping, spools, flanges and valves arrive at the construction site already cleaned, blasted, primed and/or finish coated in the desired color.

Items that can transported will be picked up and delivered to our facility for coating. Techno West has a reputation for the ability to deliver fine architectural finishes for high rise offices, hotel, theaters, shopping malls, restaurants, airports, museums and the like. These projects are well suited for off-site coating while keeping well out of the way of all other trades. This assures quality control not achievable under field conditions. Our services include fireproofing, on-site-field touch up and the application of finish coats from one contract, one source.

Techno West has developed automated blasting and coating machines that can fulfill the stringent requirements of today’s specialized materials for both internal and external coatings and linings. Processes span from conventional and airless spray to plural component, electrostatic, powder, fireproofing and metalizing, to name a few. High yield ductile iron linings are a specialty.
