Nace Inspection

Techno Coatings maintains high quality standards by subscribing to a comprehensive inspection culture. Inspection procedures are codified by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), and The Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC).

Standards of performance, both quantitative and visual, comprise a vast body of inspection procedures written specifically for steel structures, assemblies, plates, pipes, sub-structures and all manner of painted surfaces. Techno Coatings embraces this large body of inspection procedures, tools and training in order to deliver the exact coatings specification that has been written for a particular client's project.

Techno utilizes these standards and procedures on a daily basis, for each and every project. Documents to support the acceptance of the coated areas are recorded and archived with each forman's daily inspection report.

Techno Coatings employs NACE certified inspectors of various levels, including several Peer reviewed NACE Level 3 Certified Inspectors. Third party inspectors work side by side with Techno t inspectors, and are always welcome on the project.
